WorkBee offers a 7-day technical guarantee on software subscription fees: if integration with your business systems fails and we’re unable to remedy the issue after reasonable efforts, you are eligible for a full refund for that subscription period. To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of activation. Refunds will be processed promptly to the original payment method.

WorkBee is a technology platform. We do not process, mediate, or handle refunds for any physical services performed by independent business clients using our platform. For such refund requests, please contact the relevant service provider directly. This policy is designed to ensure POPIA compliance and transparency for all users.
