Your Agreement with WorkBee
By accessing or using the WorkBee platform, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. WorkBee provides a technology platform that enables businesses to automate front-desk interactions and bookings using our AI assistant, Thabo. WorkBee is not the physical service provider, but rather facilitates scheduling, preliminary quoting, and communication via WhatsApp integration.
All bookings, appointments, and preliminary quotes generated by the platform are subject to physical inspection and confirmation by the respective business. By using WorkBee, you acknowledge that final responsibility for services rendered rests with the individual business and that all appointments are managed and fulfilled by them.
POPIA, Privacy & Data Handling
WorkBee collects limited personal information—Name, Email, Phone Number, and Address—solely to process and manage bookings. All data is stored securely, siloed on Google Cloud per each business client. In accordance with POPIA, you have the right to request erasure of your data by replying ‘RESET’ on WhatsApp for prompt deletion.
We adhere strictly to South African privacy regulations. Your personal information is never shared outside the intended business context, and is only accessible by the business you book with.
Booking, Cancellation, & Refund Policy
To reschedule an appointment, users must fully cancel their current booking using the WhatsApp platform; this frees up the slot for others. Each business sets their own notice requirements and cancellation windows. WorkBee is not responsible for the business’s policies or charges.
For WorkBee’s SaaS platform, a 7-day technical guarantee refund applies if integration fails. WorkBee does not process refunds for physical services provided by businesses using our system. All refund requests related to service appointments should be directed to the business you booked with.

WorkBee’s AI-powered quotes and responses are provided for convenience and information only. All AI-generated estimates—including vision-based assessments—are preliminary, and subject to final physical inspection by the business you are booking with.
WorkBee acts solely as a technology facilitator and is not the provider of any physical services. The legal relationship for service delivery exists between you and the individual business.
